I will start off by saying if your dealership has a body shop I recommend you go there. I say that because they will have the parts and it will be more transparent with pricing. Prior to bringing my car here I had my car looked at by another mechanic who does body work. So I had knowledge of what needed to be fixed. However, when I brought it up there he walked around the car and tried to say something else was loose but it wasn’t. Keep in mind this car is 3 days old and only has a crack in the bumper. The price changed 3 times. Just because my insurance is paying doesn’t mean that I don’t wanna know. The 3rd time I found out when I went to pay. The good part was the woman who answers the phone. She was nice and seem to genuinely care.

Incredible customer service and wonderful work on the body of my car. They helped me problem solve an EV key card problem by contacting the car company, kept me informed every step of the way, and arranged a rental car pick up and drop off right at their shop. And - my car looks brand new!

After a van backed into my electric Volvo, I brought my vehicle to Tony Rotella's Body Shop for repairs. They were able to get me on their schedule within a week, and the work was completed in just two weeks. The results were outstanding and my vehicle looks as good as new. The staff was friendly, professional, and communicative throughout the entire process. I especially appreciated the regular updates via text and occasional phone calls, which kept me informed every step of the way. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Tony Rotella’s Body Shop to any EV owner in need of quality body work.

I decided to try Tony Rotella’s this year for my inspection and I’m so glad I did! My car needed some minor work, for which the part needed to be delivered by Honda. I was sent home initially since the part couldn’t come right away, and thanked multiple times for my patience. I was contacted promptly when the part arrived, my schedule was accommodated, and once it was finished, I felt that I paid a very fair price not only for the part & labor, but because of the sheer kindness and relaxed attitude I encountered. I will continue to patronize this business when my car needs things and highly recommend it to others. Thank you. 😊

Poor workmanship, I feel they severely over charged. They put in a 5 star review in my name on their website. When I finally got my car back the panel gaps were AWFUL. Have to send my car into another body shop to fix these panel gaps. Here is the before and after as well as the damaged that they were fixing.
